Well … I had planned to write a long meaningful post with plenty of thoughtful insight to being a Mom and watching my Baby grow up but then … Allison decided to come over and pour tortilla chips all over the living room. Not just pour but smash into tiny little pieces and then in perfect “make it rain”
fashion threw them into the air. SO … I’m gonna make this one quick and teach my daughter a new lesson on cleaning and consequences for our actions. Or maybe just teaching her how to pull out the vacuum.

My Mom taught me how to can and she has unleashed a Monster! I just want to make all the fruit I come across into jam. Terry said I should make my own recipes and then write a cookbook title “This is my JAM!” Hahahahahaaa!! He brought home a half a flat of strawberries and wiggled his eyebrows at me, so of course I had to make strawberry jam.
My Dad loves the circus and every year around his birthday the Wringling Bros. and Barnum and Bailey Circus comes to the Honda Center. We go every year for his birthday. This year Allison watched it, bounced along to all of the music and squealed with delight as the animals came out. I like the tight rope walkers and the woman that shot herself out of a cannon. I want to get shot out of a cannon!
Look my Dad and Emi have the same face while eating a hot dog!
And now for some goofy Allison pictures. She was helping me make the jam, you know pulling out the powder pectin and sprinkling it on the counter.
I am leaving for Lake Havasu City AZ in the morning there will be plenty of sunny desert pics to come and possibly a long meaningful post about life. Have a great weekend!
